lighting question about autos

I soaked my blocks in ph 5.5 ish. Water
Then i resoaked in 1/4 strength BLOOM nutes.
With xtra bit of kelp, humic acids , and vitamin bs.

The seedlings poped under my gavita set at 600 w (i thought they where going to fry but they havent minded it yet!

Now 2 weeks in i switched to half strength GROW

In my research ive found people recomend a lite bloom formula for seedlings because the extra p and k help with root development (sorry im not a scientist )

Roots seem to love it and i kept re watering the block with the bloom mix until i started to see a little lite yellow on the cotlyden then i switched to grow (last night)
Still need to go see if i fried em :)

My flower room is just 1 gavita for a 8x8 (the light is really impressive so far
It replaces about 1400 watts worth of crappy lighting lol so far so good

After seeing people can grow trees with autos (as long as the video is legit) im more interested
But still dont want super spendy ones that i cant clone :)

With the rect. shape of the light you should be able to get 2 under it and still have the light at a good height. Rotate the pots 90 or 180 degrees every day and that should take care of any intensity issues.

Can't say I've heard anything on autos doing better with cooler temps...

Most people think the key to autos is no setbacks on growth due to the predetermined life span of autos. No time to recover from problems. Fewer problems=bigger yeild. Try to plant in final container to prevent any issues with transplant. Autos are also know to be lighter feeders. Usually suggested to start with 1/4 strength nutes and not to go higher than 1/2 strength. Also it is usually suggested to feed veg nutes thru the 3rd week of flower before switching to bloom nutes.

@gingerviking I found that info where a seed bank claims where autos came from.

Ive got a good hunch that the colder room will be tastier...
And the warm room more productive as far as weight..

And i cant remeber which seed bank it was that made the first autos. ... mivht be in a high times ive had since i was a teenager lol 17 years ha ha

In my experience cold rooms might not have produce as much weight but they sure can make the fire....

In hot rooms plants drink more water so you have to adjust the feed to compensate. .
In cold rooms they need MORE food like we do

So in hot rooms you could get a worse flavor if you fed it as much as a cold plant would take
But im not a horticultural expert :)

We are going to find out what colder temp weed is like with this auto. It's been cold for a bit and temps run 63-72 right now. Water temp is approx 66 to 68 deg.

. Biggest fuck up ive made in a while.
Had to harvest a week or 2 early and since some of the green was frostbitten it was just crap:(

But the plant never ceases to amaze me
