steeZz Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2011 #3 Those are the CFLS you don't want to use, they dont really do anything. Like the guy above me said you want like 5400k and up for veg. and 2700k is good for flower. You can find more information here in the CFL part of the forums

iggy7 Member Aug 29, 2011 #4 Currently have 6500K daylight bulbs but came across 4 3500K cfl tubes but didn't know if they were worth setting up or not. Thanks guys

sen.c Active Member Aug 29, 2011 #5 It actually would help to add the 3500k to the mix to broaden the spectrum and give them all the PAR light they can get from a spectrum stand point.
