Okay. So I’ve been having my lights turn on at 7 am turning off at 1 am. I’ve read it’s better to run at night to get cooler temperatures. I’m week 8 in veg cycle. Is it to late to change my times? Or do you think the plant will react different to the change. Also, going into flowering. I plan on running the lights at night instead of the day.

Finish the grow with your current light schedule. When you want to start flowering change it to on at 7am off at 7pm
If you wish to switch everything around just do so before you start your next plants .

If they're in veg you can just switch the times now. If you want to be extra safe you could set them on 24 hr for a day and then set the cycle how you want it, but I don't think it's necessary.
