Lighting Question

Hey guys--

I have a plant right now, somehow is growing well, but my set up is very pathetic-- to the point where this plant shouldn't be alive... yet is (somehow) and my question is-- my lighting is... well ...its laughable, I'm using 3 florescent lights and 2 CFL lamps (very low lumens, per sq foot I know I should have around 3000 lumens, I'm hovering somewhere around 1200 probably.)

While I reaize this is too low--- will my plant still be able to grow and flower with this type of light? (its one plant)

I can't buy the real deal right now. I'm a univerisity student-- don't own my own place yet so obviously cannot right my lighting wrong, so to speak...

So just a little input would be great. Do you think the plant has a chance?

It will grow but not very well, it costs very little to add a few cfls, make sure they are 6500k for veg...

Your plant will likely live out it's life cycle. Good luck with the rest of it.
