just curious, do blacklights harm the plants? im shure they do, just wondering if theyd turn purple or something

Now that's real funny! Sorry I found it funny anyway about changing the color of the plants. Black lights - Check this out, I think it'll answer your question on lights. Applications of UV

A couple of months ago, I brought one of my babies inside and into my room and I began to notice that the stem was turning purple. My blacklight was fastened to a wall to make the trippy stars and posters in my room look even more trippy lol. I turned off the blacklight and sure enough, the stem turned back whitesh/green after about 4 days. Just to experament, I brought it into my grow room and set it up and nothing happened. The only difference from the conditions in my room were the distance between the light/plant (this time it was closer) and the age of the plants (more mature). Comments?
