lighting question

can anybody help me on lighting issues, what i want to know is which lights are best for the biggest yeilds are the flourescent grow lights any good or H I D lighting which is the best

For maximum yields, a combination of lights are needed. During the plants germinating stage, fluorescent lights can be used. When it enters the vegetative state, metal halides are recommended. When the plant finally enters flowering, high pressure sodium lights are needed.

Not to insult you, this is pretty common knowledge and I suggest you read past postings. There are many excellent threads that go into extensive lengths on how to grow marijuana.
