Lighting Question

Ok, So I'm a soon to be grower... I just bought a farm house and it has two huge factory work shops... Problem is Rents a bitch... And I kinda don't wanna have a huge electricy bill... so... Is Hps lights REG or can I use Metal Haldite for the same thing Hps does...

definitely get hps. it is the type of light most benefical in flowering. also it has the highest wattage/output ratio which is be the best for keeping your bills to a minimum. i grow with a simple 250hps and the power bill is unremarkable. i may even lower my bill because i am more aware of my power usage in other areas of the house.

i am a tit bit jealous of you. my dad bought a house ranch a few years back and it has a massive stable riding area that i have always fantacized growing in.
