lighting question

Ok so I have a 100 w hps light as well as a 400 W hps and two 24 inch t5 flo. I am using my 400 hps on two plants which I am getting ready to start budding. I am using the t5's for my first batch of clones which a few have taken and I want to start vegging them soon, I was wondering about the 100 w hps, should use that along with my t5s for vegging? or is a 100 w hps not worth the electric? are the t5's the best thing to use for clonning? or will a standard cool light floro work just as well? In a month or so i am going to buy another hps and was thinking of getting a 600 W. if I do this should I use the 600 for budding and the 400 for veg? thanks for your input and sorry for the rambling post but such is the life of a midget farmer

T5's and 100 watt hps are great. Stick with those. Go bigger why not 1000 watter for flowering? T5s are great for cloning. Is your grow area reflective?

I've discovered the cheapest Mylar around-- only 2 bucks$! You save 18 bucks$ a roll! It?s a Christmas present wrapping Mylar called Polywrap

- Waterproof
- 50 square ft. a roll
- 1 mil (@ .001 inch) thick X 3 1/2 ft. wide X 20ft long.

Note: Only buy the very Bright and shiny Mylar-type wrapping!

thanks for the input... how many plants will I be able to grow with my 100 w hps and two t5's... I don't mind buying more lights I just want to get the right things and not waste money. If I went with a bigger light should I then use my 400 for vegging and if so would I still need the t-5's in my vegging chamber.... how many t-5s will I need for clonning? would one suffice? I assume the bigger the light while budding the better and bigger the bud?..
