Lighting Question

So im using 5500k bulbs(daylight) and 3300k i think. but anyways, i picked up a 50w hps and was wondering when to use it..... Cant i use it to help get more growth.? or do i use it strictly for flowering? Also when flowering, can i use al the cfl's and hps to fullfill a better spectrum?

use em all ....ideal is blue spec for veggin and red spec for flowering ....so yea go ahead and use all of em .......
