Lighting question

Hey everyone so quick question. I have two rooms, veg and flower. Veg room has an aircooled 400w hps and flower room has a cooltube 1000w mh. I have 17 plants in the flower room that are almost 3 weeks in and was thinking about putting the 400 from the veg room in the flower room to get a little more wattage and just put a few 6500k 4' 40w flourescent tubes in the veg room until this harvest comes through and I can put the 400 back in the veg and buy a 600 hps for the flowering room. Flowering room has some blue dream, aurora indica, og and some bagseed. Veg room has lsd, white rhino, fruity chronic juice, l.a. ultra, mazar x gwc, danky doodle and sour d. Any input would be great! Thanks.

hps for veg and mh for flower?

Yeah I figured the 1000w is gonna produce much more than the 400w eventho its mh just because of lumen output. Ive used the 400 hps through my last two grows and have had pretty successful harvests.

if I had that set up I would use the fluorescent for the fist 2 week then the 1000W MH for 6 week or Veg then turn it down to 12/12 and run em fist 2-3 weeks of flowering, then finish them off with the HPS, but in the end Im sure I would go for a 1000W HPS as well or atleast a 600W for flowering ..
