so i have one high output 4 25 watt bulb t5 lamp and 2 25 watt strips so a total of 150 watts will that be enough for two to three indica/ruderalis plants?

If you keep the footprint to about 2 square feet or so, that should work nicely. T5's work great with LST and Scrog style grows. you can get them right up on the plants.
