I have 2 by4 closet I have a kingled 1000 fullspectum I am going to try autoflower and I have a 45000 lumin led light wonder do I need to run that to while veg stage I would have 624watts with both

That is probably too much light, id drop the kingled or use the two lights on lower power.
600+ watts, thats a lot for a 4x4.

As far as I can see the kingled is 110w and says 2x2ft in flower, which I think is probably a stretch..
But what's the other LED you have?

It is just a led light that I had laying around it is 4500 lumens daylight 5000led 45 actual watts

can I ask where the 624W figure comes from?
It appears the King 1000W is actually only 110W draw and that with your other 45W LED put's you at around 150W

Thought that might be the case..
Anything that's equivalent is usually based on incandescent bulbs which were OK for lighting a living room in the 80s.. but no use to plants..
It's a very dodgy sales tactic.
There are plenty of people have grown good weed with multiple household LED bulbs with the defuser removed..
But it's a lot of fannying about with all the wires and bulb holders.. and tbh you can get reasonable LEDs for cheap enough these days.. but you need to know what you are looking at.
Generally speaking a 2x4 (foot) area wants about 300w ,actual power consumption , for flower and 100-150 for veg.

Best option would be to look for a couple of 100w LED panel/boards to supplement the kingled.
