Hi i have 3 florescent lights in my house, i don't know if i can use them for my plant though. one is 23w the other is 10w im guessing (it doesn't say on the bulb) and the third one is 7w. i read that you should use the "bluish glow" bulbs untill you veg then turn to the "orange glow" is this true?

here are some pics of my bulbs and plant, pls help me on what one to choose, or should i go buy one at the store with a better wattage?

first pic - 10w bulb ?_?
second pic - 23w bulb
third pic - 7w bulb

I'd go with something a bit strnger. Dependng on your grow size. I am using 6-42 watt cfls which are equalivent to 6-100 watt normal bulbs. U can use lots of cfls with little concern of heat and electricity usage.

You should start with over 100w of actual cfl and a mix of 6500 and 2700k spectrum.

There is a sticky on the importance of mixed light. I go for a ratio of 70/30 6500/2700 in veg and reverse for flower.

I have never bothered with the coulour part of things and i always have nice harvest.Has long has the lights that you are useing are daylight spec then you should be fine.Try and get a few daylight warm spec and a few daylight cool spec. This will inturn give you the warmth needed but not make the grow room too hot.But the kind of lighting needed is far more intence than the one you are useing. So don't exspect a massive yeild because it will not happen.
