I am going to order 10 seeds online and once I recieve them I will germinate them. I want to use CFL lights. the only other option that I will use is flrescent lights in the tube like a shop light. I will have 10 plants until I sex them. How much lighting should I use? Also the shop light would be 3 feet long.

you should germintae in rockwool cubes.. first soak them (the cubes) in WATER pH 5.0 for 2 hours...

ONE 43 watt CFL about 10 inches over the seeds for 12 hours a day should be fine.... just for some heat..

Only one bulb? I do not think one is going to be enough for 10 plants. I may be wrong please let me know if I am.

Sorry, I thought you ment for the seeds...lol. No, one bulb is not enogh... If you are growing 10 plants with fluorescents, I assume you are going to keep them small. 1 gallon soil containers?
