I'm running 400 w led 2 floros and 2 cfl. I want to get another light to can you tell me if this is a good one for flower and veg

Hey there, i have had a lot of experience with lights. I found this great post about lighting that might help you decide what to pick, since the information is so vast!
Honestly i would reconsider using t5's tho.

me too, i wouldnt use t5s unless u use them for seedlings leaving ur better veg lights for bigger plants..id never use them for flowering ur better off getting a 600 or 1000 hps and using that exclusivley for flowering , and keeping ur current setup for veg

Yea, I only really have faith in HPS. Every other option is a gamble.. May work well, may not.. HID setups are so inexpensive now.

im running cfls but ill upgrade in a couple months to hps and use a few of my cfls for side lighting
