All I see is a bunch of rookies riding some dudes dick on a forum. If he wants to spend a ton of money then by all means buy those expensive lights & all the other equipment you'll need with it. If you still want to pull good yields of dank sticky dense nugs without breaking the bank then don't just listen to me, go research what I'm saying. I know better then to listen to these wanna be online celebrity growers who are being paid by these companies to sell you unnecessary stuff. I'm not here to hate & start a bunch of shit cause that isn't what the cannabis community is about but I'm going to keep it real cause I'm tired if seeing new growers get taken to the bank. How can you say what does it matter how old the thread is. He already bought his light a year ago therefore he doesn't need one.

Where did you do you research ? amazon and amazon traffic generating websites or just some dude on youtube who got a free light to promote?

Since you already own one then why not just show us some pics of your fully flowered plants and tell us what weight your pulling from the light you own instead of just telling a bunch of peeps who know plenty about LED to just listen to you because you've done some research.

Nobody is getting paid on here to recommend anything, this isn't youtube, we not selling or buying reviews like amazon, anything recommended is based on actually owning and real world experience and evidence easily found on here and any other weed forum.

I also wonder who the 'we' are in "we don't need idiots like you in the cannabis community" he is referring to already a few times.
I am part of the cannabis community and I was never consulted.

What led lights have you grown with? And how do you compare this light to other lights in regards to durability ie how long have you had it? its defo a concern paying to much for a light but in the same way its a concern paying to little and the light not performing or breaking down too soon.
From what ive seen there are better lights even in this price class if your prepared to do basic, like put a cable in a connector, DIY.

Spend money cooling my grow? I don't spend a dime doing that. My basement temperature is 52-54F consistently all year. When my flower tent lights are off, they are warmed with the air from my veg tents, so your point is invalid.

Hps to me =more yield
LEDs to me= higher quality SO FAR
I only just completed my first run under leds.
In my mind, once I dial in my technique, I know I'm going to be happier with the quality leds I have....no junk blurple crap. Full spectrum white leds, couple different manufacturers...very happy with performance from all three brands.
Much easier to control temps, overall environment actually, as i was running two 600w cool hoods . Heat control was tough in any season other than winter.(Nova Scotia, Canada)
Just my 2 cents, no one asked me but there it is.

HPS gives a larger but not necesarily heavier yield, pound of led grown looked about half the size of pound of hps grown. it takes a bit of dialing in but the yield on white led is there when you get it right, we did sixty g per squarefoot at best with over two g per watt.
