Lightmix or Allmix - which soil suits you better?

I am thinking about the amount of fertilizer in the soil. I intend to use 19l pots for AF. Because they will be soft pots, I increased the capacity from 15 to 19 liters. The question is for how many days the fertilizer contained in the soil is enough? The manufacturer says that 7 days after planting the seedling.
It can be planted into a 19l pot, but it can also be a pot with a capacity of only 8l. This is a big difference in the amount of fertilizer for the plant.
I have a problem determining how long a fertilizer in this soil (plagron light mix) is enough, in 19l pots. Especially with automatic plants, it annoys me, because they are sensitive.

Automatic plants take about 40% less fertilizer, so I count about 14 days, instead of 10. But also the 19l pot will be twice as large as the need for AF.
