lights and what are the best ones to get

im looking for a light that has the lowest voltage with the best lums and
is super quite. any info would be cool.
600watt or 1000s
was thinking of x4 600s for speding out the lums over a large area, and sense
my ladies will be short and small i was hoping to get away from 1000s

for sure get cfl's, they work the best.

best lights are HPS lights... lowest in volts and watts are CFL's...

You have to choose either or... and sacrafice its benifits.

HPS BENIFITS: shit ton of lumens..
Best lights to use so far for growing
Can use for vegging and flowering..

The bad: Gets hot(can cool easily though) and costs a lot. also uses a lot of watts.

CFLS: not many lumens.. but cheap... small.. and doesn't emit so much heat.

Also low watts.

But wont get as good of a grow compared to an hps.
