a lot of people don't like that light me included i had the reflector style one and it's best only used for veg i wouldn't consider it a main light source for flower in that size area

Well that is the very discussion that you don't want to get into , because there is always a better light for more money, but y the, 300 watt mars is a good intro LED, better than cfl, any day,

I was simply saying, at the price point of 72 dollars, is a huge step up, would I run, reflector 5 watt ma rs lights instead, hell yes, but you will pay a hell of allot more,! This guy is jus t starting out, heck UFO led would be better than , I've seen fantastic grows all the way thru flower with these mars lights

your starting something that's not going to finish well i own some of those lights i have some input don't make this bigger then it needs to be. ..

a handful of Cree spotlights for the same price would be a better light imo

i think we both said our thoughts, letting it sit, i agree, light disscusions can get way out of hand, I own a 300 watt mars led, and I like the panel, didnt break the bank but your right, out of hand light threads, especially led , can spin and spiral,
