r 5 15w 120v flouresent lights good for a month old plant

depends on the light spectrum...and i would get some higher wattage bulbs...get cfls..i'm guessing you're using those little 18" tubes

cfl - Compact FLourescent. There the twisty looking bulbs that go into normal light sockets.

You can get them almost anywhere. I like them better than tubed flouro's. More light in a smaller area.

Those may be alright for a vegging plant, but you may want to consider getting 2 or 3 2700k cfls... maybe like 23/24 watt versions. They would suppliment good, assuming your flouro's are 5k's...

clf's are compact flouresent bulbs, they just screw into regular light bulb fixtures

copy that link and it will show you what will work well....you can get a twin pack of 100w ones at wal mart for like $8 bucks

go for the 100w of the daylights...4 would work for now
