Ok im kinda scared because my second day of 12/12 lighting I was late getting home and my lights were on an hour too long. Will they be ok?

ive forgotten to turn the light on more times than i can count. theres definetly a margin for error. you'll be ok.

1 of my 2 showed on day 7. It's day 9 now and the other still hasn't showed. usually anyone from 3-14 days.
