my lights are on for 19 hours and 5 hours off is this good for growth then 12/12 flower thank you

I use two different light cycles for vegging, an 18hrhr/on 6/off and a 12-1 cycle which is, 12hr/on, then 5.5hr off, then 1hr/on then 5.5off, then just repeat the cycle.
The 1 hour on in between the 5.5 hr off period fools the plants and they stay in the veg stage!

That would be fine but you could also keep them under constant light (24hour light period Veg) until flowering. Of course, 24 hours of light will increase the growth and decrease your Veg time, typically.

ive never tried it but some people swear by 12-1 lighting. it really does work to keep plants in veg, so no need to worry of hermies.
