limp seedlings - help needed

hi guys, first grow, first post and first spot of trouble encountered...... (4 days into it!!!)

i have just ordered 2 strains of seed, Cheese and Great white shark from a reputable seller online.

every thing looked good, they germed after about 36 hours, nice tap roots and all 21 of them germed. i put them all in "root riot cubes" which are like rockwool cubes and after the fourth day which is today they were all between 1.5" and 2.5" tall. (except the one i accidenntly broke!!)

but today about 5 of them just drooped over fully and were flat aganst the cube. ive splinted them all up for now till i get some advice from you guys.

i have them under a 600w sodium, they were about 18 inches away till they started drooping and are now about 3 foot away. i have reflective mylar all around the room and a two extractor fans, one in and one out.

are they gonna pick up again? or am i done for?

thanks for any help

i always put a fan on the seedlings, it makes em stronger, but for now you can tie them to a stake to hold em up. they'll be ok, but go ahead and give them some breeze, a light breeze and they will toughen up

thanks dude, i have added a slight breeze and over night they seem to of got even worse. stems looking very brittle. i have put them in a makeshift propagator. do you think this will help??? higher humidity perhaps?/

yeah at first the lights were around 18" or so, move them about 3 feet away now. i think they are done for. thing is i spent alot of money on the seeds so dont want them to die. thanks for any input you can give

the light should b ok now
whats the temp in the room ?
alot of rules apply when ur growing
the fact of the matter is all is not lost
u only need 1 of each strain 2 make it
and u can grow them as mothers and clone from them
it takes longer but u gain a steady stream of baby plants
