Store owners don't owe you anything. They aren't obligated to do business with you nor do you have the right to get top dollar for all your products. If you don't like how dispensaries are being run then you are free to open your own and run it the way you see fit. There is nothing in the laws that dictate that dispensaries must accept all bud that comes from any random person walking into their store.

The only thing you're entitled to is that store owners or managers live up to the agreements they made with you. That's the purpose of this thread. To keep a lookout for dispensaries that do not live up to the agreements they make.

Only in Colorado. In Cali dispensaries generally do grow their own however the law leaves a huge grey area. All it says is that collectives must get their products from inside their own collective. That can mean dispensaries growing their own or having growers sign collective agreements before vending.

the 408 collective on bascom ave in san jose is bad news. Many months have passed, a 1250 debt now stands at 400. I had to go there very often and would leave with 50 bucks or so everyt 3-4 visits. Do not vend there.

@ Dan Kone & Soupsah : Hello gentlemen i saw your reviews on dispensarydisputes and it seems the same group of people cheated all 3 of us. The info i have came from the big fat lady who works at all locations maybe you have seen her i dont know. Also my partenrr and i put our ear to the street and got our own facts. The people that own the 408 are the same ones that own the treehouse. They are opening new clubs also to continue cheating people in san jose. One such place is called Indicare in north san jose. Big white guy named eric owns it, met him through issac and a friend got burned. The others who work for these people at all the clubs they own and steal medicine are James-short white guy who thinks hes black . Minh-vietnamese dude with glasses also works at the marriott in campbell. Issac --tall ugly gypsey or persian with braces hes a manger or buyer. Finally michael barba is the "owner" but i found out hes the frontman for a pretty well connected group of crooks. He is 5'8" stocky light skinned and has flame tattoos poorly drawn on both arms. At any rate if anybody is reading this and plan to vend in san jose dont deal with anybody matching these discriptions.

I love your logic as I'm sure chernobe is willing to murder someone over $400. And I highly doubt you would do anything severe if you were in chernobe situation.

I am quite sure I would because it was the way I was taught to handle things in Mexico. If you steal from me, you get dealt with. No questions asked and your account will be settled. I have seen a family of 3 executed over a 125 dollar debt.
