Solemhypnotic, new grower here, how do you like the cfl lighting ? and if you do which ones you recommend? keep hearing about LED's but these forums are getting me even more confused, any help pointing me in the right direction would be awesome, ready to live and learn

I haven't used LED's before, but I do love cfls. Cheap and pretty good. I use a multi-socket fixture with Y splitters so I can use up to 8 lights on it. I don't think any brand is better than the next for cfls. The main thing I like about them is the low heat, which is great for growing in a confined space like I do. If you don't have the money to go with HPSs and such, cfls are a great substitute. If you can afford high wattage lights, I would go with those.

Know the feeling of having to wait, they are kinda small for 3 weeks, if that's 25 days from spouting.

Thanks for the real answer, working on new grow trial with low heat light source light cfl but much more expensive. but your answer and this post helped me choose this direction.

"these are around 25 days into flowering." I would have guessed 2-3 weeks so they are a bit slow.
GET MORE LIGHT. Can't add light? Then move the gals closer to the bulb.
