Little freaky dots on my weed!! Why?

Does look like some sort of parasite, though you didn't happen to splash any nutes on the leaves, did you? The water droplets can act like a tiny magnifying glass causing small burnt spots and leave some whitish deposit... no expert, just trying to help.

The white spots are the remnants of leaf cells and veins after some bug sucked them dry. From experience, it’s not thrips. Thrips leave small dots or lines, and they don’t go after the edges of the leaves.

You’ve got a bigger bug.

My plants looked like that. Giving them more nutes turned out to solve the problem. I had tried less nutes (thought it was nute burn) and it got worse so I added more. After that they were healthy as ever.
