Little Guy had a rough life

I'm re posting everything I had posted on another website yesterday due to the website taking wayyyy to long to post things if at all.

Basically here's the copied and paste little story of this plant...

Just as the title explains this guy has had a hard life so far. It was germinated and planted by a buddy of mine over a month ago. Just recently he came to me to ask how it was doing (had no idea of it prior), when seeing it he had told me he had transplanted it already twice from a cup to some potting soil in an enclosed garden then back to a CUP?!?!! I was astounded that he did that but it was due to people finding it. I had told him i would take care of it, so here I am. I quickly set up a quick box for the poor plant last night. I will be taking pictures and posting them later. This plant should be a lot bigger then she(hopefully) is, it seems her growth was stunted the bottom twoleaves never fully formed however seem to be still alive. The 2 leaves below that have wilted away but haven't fallen off. After posting pics I was just wondering the probability of the plant actually surviving.

Then here's what i posted last night...

Finally got some pictures! Unfortunately all the pictures I took when first got the plant 2 days ago weren't in the right format for GC. So since I'm too lazy to convert them right now I just to took new ones just now in the right format. She (hopefully) is looking good now compared to yesterday, she was all drooping to one side (most likely due to shock I'm guessing). I took a few pictures of the top middle of the plant cause i couldn't' figure out if it was showing signs of pre-flower. In my guess i was saying NO but it looked a little different to me especially since the plant looks too small and young. My friend who gave it to me however did say it was over a month old suprisingly. Any chance of the plants growth got stunted and now it wants to flower?? I have no clue any answer guys would be awesome!

Also after getting this plant and taking the time to set up a really crappy setup with just the stuff around the house I decided to plant a couple of bag seeds one sprouted today which is the last pic!

Also forgot to mention I've grown outdoor before all natural style but never attempted anything indoors so therefore this is my first indoor grow!!!

I just took some pictures just now its grown a little from last night more or so looking like leaves now but any advice would be good
