I like the idea of getting her in oxygenated water but I never used a dwc system. Better for someone with this set up to instruct you. I used a drip system with bubblers and the issue with moving them into the system too fast was having water splash and pool right at base of plant. This greatly increases risk of dampening off. Once the stems harden off a little this risk goes away. You are not showing any signs of this at this point so I think she will come around assuming the roots are good. The way she is standing up nice and proud leads me to believe you just need to get her started on some food.

I think Ill plan on adding it to my dwc Ill just make sure that I dont over nute and that the water level is not over soaking the rockwool.

you can just add a really diluted nutrient solution to the rockwool too. the lower set is supposed to die as soon as the first true set of leaves is ready.

I'd go @ 150ppm the first time, I guess it depends on what nutes your using but somewhere @ 1/4 strength. you just don't want to burn them. I usually mix up a weak batch and add a few ml with an eyedropper. once its got roots showing I transplant, but you could do it now if you want.

yeah Ill have to decide which way to go. I like the rockwool idea, I feel like I have more control that way at least until I have roots.

This is probably a stupid question because I haven't used rockwool in about ten years. What is the stuff around the cube that sort of looks like duct tape? Roots can grow through it I hope?

Its what come on it. Im not sure what the purpose is. Maybe to keep moisture in so it doesnt dry so quickly, not sure. But your probably right it should be removed.
