Little help please

What deficiency you guys figure?
Have not done a slurry test yet. No fert has been used at all.
Outdoor grow in greenhouse
4 others outside that are in same medium without this issue
Started around a week ago.
Appreciated all responces

Thanks for reply cinco. So this is second year growing in a biosolids mix.
We are trying to fabricate a solid soil for local growers.
It is a class a biosolids composted with fibre source. ( wood, straw, peat, etc)
It is not "hot" as it's past its compost and has been curing for about a year.
