Little help with transplanting

Hi buds i purchased a GSC seed i know its not the real deal but maybe it will be a nice smoke, Its about 5 weeks old and 7-8 inches high, i started the seed in a 1 litre airpot then about 1 week ago i moved her to a 3 litre airpot. Checked on her today and the roots are hanging out the bottom bad so it looks like i need to transplant agaiin but i cant believe it got this crazy this fast normally they will sit in 3 litres for a couple of weeks. Should i transplant this into final home which will be a 15 litre airopot with bottom 1 inch clay pebbles then coco soil then top inch will be clay pebbles too or should i leave her alone fr a week will it be ok TIA buds

IMO- I would transplant. nice looking roots.
Remember "Roots before Shoot" meaning she will grow her root system first, and then grow her shoot system.

Thanks bud will it hurt her if i leave in this pot for another day or so untill i get more soil and pebbles
