Is this your first grow?
If so how much research and grow knowledge do you have under your belt?
If it's an unknown seed it could be anything.
If the plant is flowering that small it won't yield anything.
What is your light schedule?
Ps. I hope you have more seeds.

Oh the burnt tip?? I was seeing something else but again the first pic wasn't easy to see.
Yeah if that's your concern it'll recover as long as you address some issues.

Yea it's my first, light on for 20hrs, no added nutrients to the soil I put them in. The little white hair on the tip your saying is a burnt leaf appeard as the leaf came out

It is a basic $3 bag of garden soil no listed nutrients

Ah, ok. It's not a big deal. I have those first little leaves messed up a lot from shedding it's shell.
Seriously need some info about your grow. What's the medium? Soil? Looks a little dense.
How are you watering?

Which $3 bag of garden soil? I was using £1 tomato grow bags during covid lockdown because it was all I could get. It worked well enough.
