penn and teller bullshit already debunked this shit. You don't need to fight, most people out of high school don't get into fights. When you do or when you're mugged just give them the shit cause chances are you'll get shot or stabbed regardless.

It looks like he's just randomly doing shit and adding sound effects for fun.

I don't know about that. my friends step father owns a dojo and he is lightning fast. He told me to punch him anywhere i wanted to at any speed and strength. he warned me the harder i throw the punch the hard he would defend himself. Im thinking im the shit and throw the hardest jab i could at his face. the next thing i know i see the ground, then the sky, the the ground again. he has me on my stomach with my wrist in some weird lock and my elbow behind me like cops do. Oh and i almost forgot that during this experience he got in two knees to my ribs.

thats some fucked up shit if you ask me. i can tell you that shit isnt cheap and all those people are getting ripped off hard! iv dont 2 years of kickboxing and jiu jitsu aswell as a full year of American style boxing. i can confidently say that 90% of the people that were training at any of the gyms iv been to would drop that guy so fucking fast
