Well, you can go outside if you like. You are in the Phillippines, after all, where according to Duterte, there are no problems.

In the US, in my state we are asked to only go out when needed and most establishments are shut down. We are about four weeks away from the time when we can begin to open up the economy. The lockdown is working OK but we have a lot to do before we can safely resume normal discourse. Thanks for your concern.

I'm sorry that your job as SCUBA guide is not happening. It will be some time before it picks up. What is your plan B?
