Lockout or deficiency?

Maybe I'm being a dumbass (always possible), but I can't figure out what the deficiency or lockout is. The weird thing is, that I've never seen this in my room before, and the only thing I've changed recently, is I've switched to Happy Frog soil. Any thoughts?

not sure anyone is going to want to open up a "random zip file" on here...

just upload the image according to the jpeg or whichever is allowed for the forum...

and if its a lockout... then your pH would be in question... if your pH is between 6-7.5 then lockout is extremely unlikely...

do you mist your plants and leave them under the lights? I had a similar problem a couple grows ago from leaving them wet under the lights. Beads of water act like magnifying glasses and either burn or bleach the leaves where the drops are.

jpockets: Yes, I do mist twice a day, once in the morning, and once at night. I've been misting for a year now and I've never seen it do this. Maybe I'll cut out the morning one and see if it goes away.

mikemike: sorry sir, I don't know. I don't have a ph meter, only the chemical kind for water. But, fox farm happy frog is SUPPOSED to be ph balanced, but we all know that's not always the case. But, I wonder if the soil is higher or lower compared to the black gold I used to use. Like I said, this problem didn't arise until I switched soil. Also, if it helps, I'm organic and use earthjuice nutes.
btw: the reason I don't have a soil PH meter, is because the majority of reviews I've read all say that the meters are not very accurate and unreliable and not worth the money.
