My first grow seeemed to be going well....except the long leggy, and very small stems, with very few leves! I have a picture, but I cant figure out how to post it:evil:! Grew the plant in miracle gro moisture control soil, , I used a 60W GRO-LUX light for veg and for flower.... i know, I need real lights... as well as miracle gro tomato foodN.P.K.-18-18-21. So, if anyone's willing to help me pst a pic, I'll put it up. the very tips of a few leaves that are on the plant are burned, but not too bad, a couple others have brown spots on them, isn't this a P defficiency? I figure i gave the plant way too much food from the start since the mg moisture control contains fertilizers, as well as feeding with mg tomatoe food 18-18-21. the buds on this plant are tiny as well, i'm 8 wks into flowering, and I have less than a bowl on my whole plant. A little help?:peace: Please?

Leggy growth is due to lack of proper lighting. Not really worth it to grow without good lighting. Thats why you have little veg growth and little buds. The burnt tips are prob nute burn

Nute burn for sure. What about cfl lighting? I thought the gro lux might be just as good, at least for veg. Can u use cfl for flower as well? Just don't have the cash for a 400w hps AND a 400w mh, plus the fans to cool them. Tried to post a pic but it wnts a URL?

here;s how - hit reply/go to bottom of page (advanced options)/hit manage attachments/a separate window -stop your popup blocker - opens with a simple interface

as for your grow, its too late to make any major changes. sounds like you already know you need more light and less nutes. best of luck

depending on where your located and shit i would just stick it outside it will get more light this way and then you might actually yield a little 1/8th or so, cuz at this rate it looks like your only gonna get a spliff or two from it!

At this point I'd be happy with a spliff, but its been flowering for almost 2 months now, i think she's about done:cry:
