Long Legs, and bald... Help Please?

So, I'm having a bit of a problem. I woke up this morning to find my plant at 3 inches tall already, and it's all stalk, except for the little sprout right at the top (the plant is only about 6 days old from germination). Is this normal, or should I add more dirt, or maybe move it to another pot?

That little seedling is now 3 inches tall, and the sprout at the top is a little bigger, but not by much.

I'm also planning on getting some CFL's soon.

When should I start up with those, and what cycle should I start with.

And again, as always thank you all very much for your help and advice.​

Your plant is badly streched due to lack of light, checkout my journal to see my plants at 6 days. Before you do anything more light soon.

Thank you. I'm going to get some CFL's TODAY! What wattage would you (or anyone for that matter) recommend?

And once I get said CFL, what cycle should I put it on?​

i have 6x125watt cfls with the 6 slot reflector.

my seedlings are 2 days old atm and few were just starting to show this morning.

i would advise as much lighting as possible.

i have only 2x125watt cfls for vegging and they seem to be doing ok. then i have 4x125watt for flowering.

i think i should see a couple sprout when i get home. ill get back 2 u

Even 1 CFL 125 w; would be enough for now (but not for too long) as far as cycle go. I veg using 18hours of light and 6 off. Some people use 24H.

Thank you. For now, just to make up for lost time I'll do something like 24 hrs. Hopefully that'll make a difference.​
