Long term curing

Hello, my first post here(:
I need your advice: I live in the desert, so the temperatures can get very hot in house (around 95 fahrenheit). Using AC 24/7 is not an option.

The bud should stay fresh and potent as possible for at least 1 year. So, what would be the best option, storing my Mason jars in a dark room at a very high temperature or
put them in the fridge sealed at around 40 degrees fahrenheit?

I just harvested, and the temperatures are perfect now like during the whole circle because I used AC.
It's winter time now so temps a still right, around 70 fahrenheit degrees, but in 2 months the temperature is going to rise drastically.
The RH in my Mason jars is 62% and soon I'll put inside boveda packs, so the RH will stay above 57% even if I'll let them in a fridge because I'm going to vacuum seal me bud in the jars.
Is 40 degrees to low and can affect the potency and aroma of my precious bud?

I think you will have it very well cured & I'd think the frig might slow the curing but preserve the bud better. I'm not a scientist by any means but I wouldn't worry about bud in the frig.

Fridge, but make sure the jars are sealed well because if they take in moisture the bud will get mouldy.

Just a stoney thought.... could you bury them? The ground is great insulation. If not, could you store them in a large pot filled with soil? Or how about water? You mentioned vacuum sealing. A 55 gallon barrel full of water should be handy and inconspicuous.

Or the fridge. Maybe buy a small wine fridge, some of those can be set to cellar temperature.
