yea get rid of the males, especially if you have females around. and the hermie looks like its got a shitload of male flowers. so i would get rid of that thing too.

Get rid of that plant. It is happening way too early in the cycle to get away with just snipping balls off for the next 5 weeks odd. At that stage it also won't be worth smoking.
