Your plants dont begin to flower until they recieve about 12hrs of light and dark. Growing inside u control the timing of the light, u can force flower at any time (12/12). Growing outside u can force flower but usually outdoor growers flower along with the seasons. so depending on where u live and when ur summer day begin to get shorter.
You also dont have to wait until they flower to tell the sex. ur plant will begin to show pre-flowers around 2-3 week of growth.

No prob man, only thing i can say is that ur gonna get alot of ppl that think they know what they are talking about but really dont. I only respond when i know for sure whats goin on. When ever u have a question feel free to ask me but the best thing to do is research research research. Look it up until u get a general idea.

This guy is new, why give him estimations. Instead find out as much info from him and then give advice. I was shocked that u said his plants would flower in 3 weeks ?????? and then "estimated" when they would flower outside and u dont even know wat region he lives in. All im sayin is if u dont know for sure why give someone the wrong info (esp if they are in they learning process)

ok because inside you choose when you want them go into flowering duhh. and i estimated because Ive grown more inside then out side so i wouldn't know for sure im trying to tell him what i know and how i got 4oz off of one plant so obviously i must have been right on something
