They are about all milky what i can see, but i think its so hard to look at them. Is there any good tactics on how to do it?
What i do is that i just put my microscope loop *Or whats it called* on the buds and try to look but its so hard to get a good focus :/

Personally I like to wait until all the white hairs at least turn an orange tinge before cutting the bud. It ensures that its at least somewhat ripe and not harvested too early
they'll like shrivel up and the bud beneath them usually swells up when this happens. i checked my buds and have quite a few amber trichs so I know I was right on the dot

I did flush them 2 days ago real good. Is it a smart idea to only feed them with plain water now or should I continue to give them nutrients?

what size lights are you using? the tops look nice but are quite tall. try and tie the tops down next time so you can a more even canopy. they look great tho. imo the trichs are more clear than cloudy so a good 1-2 weeks left. its easier to say when you have the plant in front of you instead of a picture.

Wait until the hairs have stopped growing, and recede. Then caylaxs' will swell and look like new buds coming out of the buds. Once those hairs have turned, that's a good time to uproot and let the whole plant hang (so it drys slower, and evenly) to ensure the best quality and taste. Sativa dominant strains take a bit longer than Indica dominant ones.
Thank you for the reply, i use a 400w HPS! I will go into Scrog next time i grow, this was my first time so did not want to mess around! What do you think about only pure water from now on after the flush?

i dont usually flush but i just use plain water the last week before chop. some people flush and some dont.

Don't check the trichomes on a sugar leaf, check them on a calyx. Trichomes on sugar leaves mature much sooner than those on the ACTUAL buds.Tryed to take some pics of the trichs. Did cut one small suggar leaf of and looked at it, this is what i got

Very true. I can be seeing amber trics on a sugar leaf, but the buds can be 90% clear still...
