Been out of work for some time now. Have some felonies on record that is keeping my from being hired. I got jammed up about 10yrs ago by a friend who decided to become CI.

Anyways I stayed loyal and strong and did my time.

In short a solid ND boy looking for work.

Change your identity. Seriously, it's possible. Just google "ariza research". They show you several different ways to change your identity. There you go. Clean slate. Now you can get hired anywhere.

I think you would be better off changing your identity as crazy as that is, admitting to multiple felonies isn't the greatest ice breaker

The whole idenity thing is a great idea. My concern would be not having my college degrees be attached to my new name.

ok so you were smart enough to aquire college degrees, what made you dumb enough to commite a felony, sorry bro but post stuff like this on here your gunna get ripped into, i feel for you not getting a job its hard even with a clean record, go back to college learn new stuff and show employers you made a mistake in life and want to correct it. SO WHAT DID YOU DO TO GET A SENTENCE.

Got felonies while in college, very young at the time. After I did my short stint in the state penn, I returned to shcool to finish my degree in Computer Networking, at that time most appliacations were asking about felonies within the past 7 years. So with that being said I returned to shcool to work on bachelors degree.... completed my degree to only find out that employers are now searching for any convictions.

Here is the real pisser, I have been hired by 7-8 employers since graduation but after the background check my employment is recinded, and yes I did inform them of my past, most will tell mein person it is no problem however getting by human resources is nearly impossible, even more since the job market has been shady. My convictions were for posession and delivery.

I totally undestand the whole longshot of posting this here, but I take chances.

I don't get it either really, who the fuck cares (on a weed forum) if you commited crimes/felonies relating to pot?

No pothead would give a shit if some guy had pot felonies imo.

HVAC Industry is very open to all. Infact HVAC is one of the most taught trades in Prison. You can hit a trade school or apply for a maintenance position at most HVAC Companies. Good Luck Bro
