Visit Bava Green, select sample option and get a 720-watt kit with 3 240 watt board that runs up to 260 watts per board with individual switches for FR, UV, and Deep Red. Alwen the manager lets me have a 240 watt kit for $140 not including shipping. This 720-watt kit will run you $375 not including shipping which is $45 cheaper than a stand-alone purchase but you have to select the sample option on the page to get it.

Plan on at least $750 for a real HLG fixture.
There are knock-offs on alibaba that will work but they may not use the same diodes. Meiju and Kingbite are some of the vendors some have used(myself included) that have had good results. A 480w knock-off should be around $350 shipped.
