So just to be clear here, top shelf stuff can be had at the dispensaries in CA for about $300/oz right now.
I bet you could buy a pound of just about anything you liked for $4000 (if not quite a bit less wholesale), and my understanding is that the CA medical law states that you can legally possess ANY amount of cannabis, so long as its actually medically necessary to treat your disease.
One good "tree" in your backyard grown outdoors in CA, could make a pound of buds (if not more), and the cost there wouldn't be more than a few bucks for water, fertilizer, one good clone, and your time.
So do the math, and if Simpson is right, it should be possible to CURE lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, etc, for *WELL* under $5000. That's *NOTHING* compared to the cost of chemotherapy, etc.
The conspiracy theorists who buy into this Simpson garbage like to say that the pharmaceutical companies are "suppressing" this knowledge, because they can't make money off of cannabis oil (even though that's objectively false. . .drug companies make money selling aspirin tablets at pennies a pop).
But if it were REALLY true that the stuff was effective therapy, the INSURANCE companies would be all over it, because it would literally save them tens of millions of dollars per year, savings that would go right to their bottom line as profits!
