Looking for absolute Fire!!!!

Need everyone's help. I'm running a small personal grow and need help selecting 1 to 4 strains that can be acquired semi easy. I tried Alien Rift flower from a local dispensary and it had the kind of pain and nausea control that worked but we can't get clones or strains here so they will need to be in seed form.
I'm a cancer pat and need both day and night meds of strength.
I don't really have the time to search around for the best meds so if all you pro Gardner's could point me to 1 to 4 strains I would defiantly appreciate the recommends.
Breeder/strain(s)/ place to order. I'm in USA BTW...

All those genetics are also from the 80s-90s. From the Seed Bank, Super Sativa Seed Club, Sensi Seeds, and some elite clones like the PNW Hashplant, Black Domina, Romulan, NL5/Haze/WACO cut.
