I will transplant them in one week on prepared site
Since this is my first attempt,I am open to any suggestions
I am hiding them on my closet, giving them about 10h of light per day with two ordinary lamps one 60w and other 40w.

You need to give them 18-24 hours of light at this point or their going to start budding right away.

This may be desirable but since your planning an outdoor grow I highly doubt it.

Get rid of the tinfoil, it's useless and a fire hazard. Your regular lights are extremely weak, which is noticeable in the stretch of your plants. regular lights run really hot and don't provide a lot of usable light for the plants.

The clear cups provide access for light to get to the roots, which is fairly bad for the plants.

Solutions:

Paint the closet walls white.
Duct tape the outside of the cups so light can't get to the roots
Switch your regular bulbs for the twisty CFLs
Get light splitters for your light sockets so you can run two bulbs per fixture
move the CFL lighting closer to the plants
run a fan lightly blowing on your plants so they move a tiny bit, this strengthens the stem and cools them down a bit
and for goodness sake, give them more hours of light.

if you put those tiny sickly seedlings outside they will simply die. they need more light. even if you put them in a big cardboard box they need 18-24 hours of light each day. if you get rid of the incandescent bulbs and put in a pair of CFL lights at 23 watts each youll use less power and get more light with less heat!

you cant just drop those tiny sprouts in the garden outside, you must ease them into it, and they are WAY TOO YOUNG for that.

heres what you need to do, if youre trying to grow without your roommates finding out then construct a secure growbox using a big ass cardboard box, a length of wood to mount your lamps, and a hole for a ventilation fan blowing out into an inconspicuous corner of your closet.

1 ) get a big ass box large enough for all your plants
2 ) get red solo cups (like party cups, they are cheap)
3 ) get some sand
4 ) a stretch of wood longer than the box so it can stick out on either side
5 ) 2 CFL bulbs (compact flourescent bulbs, the spiral ones) in the 23 watt size
6 ) 1 small fan whch can be mounted inside the box
7 ) some white house paint.
8 ) a piece of plastic sheeting a few inches larger then the bottom of your box on all sides.
9 ) a roll of duct tape

1 ) cut a hole near the top of the box on opposite sides of the longest dimension of the box. the holes should fit the 2x4 snugly, and the 2x4 should stick out maybe 1/2 an inch on either side. this is where your lights will go
2 ) reinforce the holes with duct tape so the 2x4 will not tear out the cardboard
3 ) line the bottom of the box with plastic sheeting and use duct tape to tape it several inches up the sides,, NO HOLES! this is so you dont get leaks!
4 ) paint the inside of the box white. be thorough, let it dry
5 ) fill the bottom of the box with 1/2 inch of ordinary sand (so water doesnt stand about!)
6 ) cut a hole in the box where you will duct tape up the little fan,, only needs a 2-3 inch hole, but position the hole so the fan can blow out into a hidden corner of your closet
7 ) duct tape the fan in place so it blows OUT the hole
8 ) poke some holes in the bottom of the clear cups with a pencil, do the same to the red plastic cups. put a little sand in the bottom of the red cups and drop the clear cups inside to block light from the roots
9 ) place your plants in the bottom of the box on the sand bed
10 )slip the 2x4 through the holes across the top of the box, and tie the lamp cords around the 2x4 duct tape the 2x4 to the box, and the cords to the 2x4 for safety
11 ) fold down the top of the box and tape shut
12 ) cut a door in the front of the box leaving either the right side or the left uncut as a hinge so you can access the plants
13 ) duct tape a small strip of wood or a pencil inside the box so the door wont swing in and damage your babies
14 ) poke holes with a pencil on either side of the wood strip/pencil door stop and tie another short stick or pencil to the outside as a latch for the door.
15 ) cut another SMALL hole opposite the fan for air to sneak in, several pencil holes will work fine. give them water only when the cups are dry and light. when they get about 6 inches tall thats when you can put them outside.
16 ) leave the lights and fan on 24/7. disguise the box with clothing, and random junk. as long as the fan is blowing the plants will be ok, and dont put the fan hole right against the wall of course. it needs like 2.3 inches of clearance to do it's job.
17 ) keep the closet door shut. make it quite clear you could be strutting around nude, or jacking off at any time. make your room inhospitable for unwelcome snoopers. bad smells are excellent for this. old unwashed jock straps are kryptonite for snoopers.

please explain why you can not give them more then 12 hrs a day?

and if you plan on making an outdoor grow and can not have a light on inside the house longer then 12 hours?
please explain why you even bother starting these plants inside?

How you figure they die just like that Dr.Kynes, explain?
Innit logical them to get more natural light outside?
I am in mediterranean climate,so days here are very long sunny and hot,my site is 100 meters from a river
and there is more than enough sun there
Do you think they would have more chance if I put them in the same soil they in now rather than mix it with site's soil?
Thanks for feedback

yeah but I can't give em more light than I'm just giving em
Wouldn't transplanting them on sun with slow drip be good for em IC3M4L3?

plants raised indoors grow accustomed to steady temps, no wind, and mild light. every plant grown in a controlled enviornment needs to be "hardened off" to be planted outside. this requires slow and steady exposure to outside elements, like UV rays of the sun, wind, changing temps and humidity etc...

those tiny seedlings are delicate creatures unsuited for planting in the burning rays of the summer sun. those plants, in nature would be 4 feet tall or larger by now if they germinated naturally in a Mediterranean climate. shit, mine are 32 inches tall and i started mine from seed on 4/20 which is about a month after the wild flowers from last year had germinated and my tomatoes were already in the ground outside. if placed outside to defend themselves those tiny plants will just die. they will be facing hungry pests who LOVE seedlings (and yours will be the only ones in town) brutal UV light from the hot summer sun instead of gentle rays of spring, and dry hot weather instead of cool damp soil for their roots to spread in while they are small and weak. those plants are the smallest weakest and most timid convicts in the yard and will get buttfucked into the ground in general population. keep them in isolation till they have some prison cred, and have had a chance to lift some weights, or they will be somebody's bitch.
