Those are the retainers, they include pre trial and trial and monthly consulting time 1-4hrs depending on option above.

Medical Cannabis Compliance

Canada’s medical cannabis rules are constantly changing and patient and producer rights are in flux. If you plan to participate in the medical cannabis industry, Kirk can assist you in navigating the complex regulatory environment. And when no other options exist, Kirk can represent your interests in Court.

this sounds way to much like a money grab but what choice do they leave patients with?
... so the lawyers jump on the wagon too and say .... this is our way now.

The only people who need lawyers are the one who are breaking a law!
By the time the flux is over, the only ones who lose are the sick!

Unfortunately when you have to choose between health and liberty you need to prioritize. Do I buy mold at 15$ a gram or do I have a lawyer on duty and for 350$ a month he will take care of my pretrial, trial and appeal if need be. Peace of mind has a price sad but true. My peace of mind doesn't profit LPs. I have no problem signing on with him...if they ever reply.

I emailed kirk this am and this is his response to my dg changing addresses,

There is currently no method that we suggest to attempt to modify a former MMAR license. To our knowledge, no one has successfully done so. You can apply for a judicial review but the process would be expenesive and likely would not come to a resolution prior to the ruling in Allard which will clarify the matter. Sorry we cannot be of more assistance on this.

and that is why we are going after it ourselves....along with Conroy but after reading his motion to vary-we may get kicked and only be allowed address changes. no DG changes or increases....Conroy made mention of changing DG's but at the end of the motion, it really only talks about moving production sites

same difference between concentrates and extracts.....that kind of thinking from the Government.
there's no difference to you and I but to them, there might be. they want to give us nothing so if the order only mentions address changes, then all we might get.

You've got more experience on this subject than me...lay your vision on me bro!
To be honest, I would just go back to what I was doing before the MMAR. Couple 12x12 rooms, 5 lights per room, sell a couple pounds a month to my close friends to pay the bills and donate at cost whatever I could to patients. Rec. smokers would subsidize med patients.
I would keep it all local. I would also like to offer veggies, and other unique plants, puppies, mabye some chickens/eggs. Keep it simple, get back to living off the land.
Set up a roadside stand.
Puppies, eggs, veggies, and canabis, 4 SALE........
Guess I wanna be a farmer....

Itsme.

This is the next step to dispensary's, we need a GROWTEST (Protest), I have been saying to a few of my would be LP friends, fuck it just do it follow the same rules and fight it. How is growing it any worse then selling it? This system is all messed up arughhh.

I would even call up the media after first crop and give them a tour of the grow, then we could all take our trim and burn it in a massive bon fire invite media and tell them this could be all meds for people if HC was not completely incompetent.

Or the 5 light 12x12 room off the grid living can be fun too.
