Looking for guidance

I just ordered a 4x4x6 grow tent and I know my 250 HPS won't be enough to make full use off it. My local hydro stores are too expensive and I don't want to just buy something online and have it be garbage. I am looking for the best bang for my buck and I am looking for these things:

600w remote ballast
6" inline fan (as quiet as possible)
carbon filter
reflector, preferably cool tube (I've seen some one say they use the 8$ one on eBay and its fine, comments or experience?)

if possible please provide links

Lumatek ballasts are known for being reliable and long lasting, Vortex inline fans long lasting and reliable, I like CAN carbon filters and cool tube reflectors are garbage that's why you can make one for $8. With a 16 square foot footprint you want a reflector with a large footprint 2x2 or bigger. Here's a link for you to use http://www.google.com/

A I said I was looking for more of an idea on what cheaper brands are available that aren't complete garbage. But thAnks for the input as sarcastic as it may have been. I've looked around but most of the shit doesn't have reviews and as I said don't want to order something that's garbage or even a expected price range for those item

I have an Apollo 600watt cool tube shipped for 187 off amazon. Comes with hangars timer bulbs digital dim ballast....I've always preferred 20" box fans from Walmart or something, puts out just over 2,000 cfm..but obviously the 6 is for the cool tube... I can't help you there or with smell.
