A dispensary that I have worked with around here and seen their garden gets pounder plants indoors. 1000 watts for each plant DWC made out of garbage bins and a long veg.
Looking for this 1 pound strain.. really I need it ;p

I'm sure it can be done, but it's not the normal everyday indoor plant. I've grown for years and have seen at best a 8 oz plant. Also I will say I don't grow just one big ass plant in my mama's closet.

That's a lovely looking canopy for a first scrog. You've obviously been putting the time in training. 4lbs is definately possible but more likely in hydro IMO.
Personally, scrogging with hydro (in various situations with various strains) I have always hovered around the 0.75g/watt point. If you can match that you could be looking at over 6 oz.

You guys are mostly missing the point! The topic is that pigs lie to the media to make themselves look like they're doing their job.
When a pig takes 30 newly-rooted cuttings, they say that's enough to grow 30 pounds. It's just pigshit.
For instance, a guy was stopped by the Border Patrol on a highway in the US, (within 50 miles of the border so these pigs do what they want) and he had 9 mj brownies. He is a legal patient in a MMJ-legal state. The BP pigs weighed the brownies and said he had over a pound of marijuana!
The point is that pigs are professional liars.

I would like to say....
The kind of grow operations you guys are referring to that supposedly is getting 1lbs+ per plant most likely wouldnt fall under the category of a "small operation".
If he is running 6-11k watts of light, thats a pretty decent grow area, definitely not a closet grower.
Rumple in the Harvesting Section has a thread about harvesting and curing. If you check it out you will see it is one plant in SCROG and ends up filling like 13 Jars. I generally get around 35 grams in the same jar depending on strain. His strain is White Widow and I would be willing to guess 1-1.5 oz per jar.

If you can grow 0.65g per watt, 8k watts would yield 11.6 pounds.
