Looking healthy? (pictures)

Been growing for about a week. Plant #1 sprouted out of the ground 2 days ago. Plant #2 sprouted out of the ground 3 days ago. Plant #3 hasn't sprouted yet.

Do they look healthy?

Any suggestions?

They have all been on 24/0, going to start 16/8 when plant #3 has been out of the ground for 3 days.

I haven't watered them, I got the soil wet before I planted them, I spray the leafs with water 2 times a day, morning and afternoon. I was planning on watering 2 times a week.

Does anyone suggest a certain amount of water to use when watering? Or a better time?
