I'm looking to get a card with least hassle (and cost) on Oahu. West side preferred.

No insurance, only cash.

Any suggestions?

Perhaps Dr Miscovoch in Kaneohe will see you. Just get quest. He only charges the state fee. 35$. But with cash you will have to pay visit and that's same anywhere..

I paid $150 and got my medical card from nurse practitioner Ivy Lou at Certicann in Wahiawa. Much less traffic than driving into town.

May not apply to you but thought I would throw out there that I have a out of state card a applied for 329 online and got approved in 3 hrs on a Saturday morning. Was impressed with the speed of website
